Registration Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made by December 9, 2024 (11:59 PM EST): 100% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations between December 10, 2024 (12:00 AM EST) and January 24, 2025 (11:59 PM EST): 50% refund of the registration fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after January 25, 2025 (12:00 AM EST).
If you pre-register but do not attend the conference, you will be responsible for the full participation fee and must settle any outstanding balances.
Substitutions & Registration Changes
- Registrations can be transferred to another attendee until February 12, 2025 (11:59 PM EST) for a $50 administrative fee.
- All changes, cancellations, or substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the SITE Delegate Services Team at [email protected].
Refund Processing
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the conference.
- Financial service charges and administrative fees will be deducted from all refunded amounts.
